Returns:

We want you to love your purchase from Fitness Action! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at support@fitnessaction.co.uk. Once your return request is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that we can only accept returns for items that have been requested for return beforehand.

Damages and Issues:

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We’re here to help resolve any issues promptly and ensure your complete satisfaction.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us at support@fitnessaction.co.uk with “CANCEL” in the subject line, or use our “Contact Us” page. We’ll make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once the fulfillment process has begun, we may be unable to cancel or modify your order.

Exchanges:

Need a different size or color? The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order separately. Once your return is processed and accepted, feel free to make a new purchase for the desired item.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
